Redmi 9 Power India launch: Finally, Xiaomi India has announced the Redmi 9 Power in India on 17th December 2020. This phone is all set to start selling online from 22nd December. The Redmi 9 Power smartphone was spotted some time back on the BIS certification site and the Google Play console listing. It was indicated that Xiaomi would launch this smartphone in India soon. Now the company has officially teased Redmi 9 Power in India. This smartphone will be introduced in the Indian market on 22nd December on the Mi Store.
Xiaomi has released a teaser video of Redmi 9 Power on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & Youtube handles. Also, a dedicated store listing has been made live on Mi.com for the 22nd December flash sale. The company is teasing this phone with the tagline ‘Power Packed.’ Also, the message of ‘Coming Soon’ has been given.
It has been obvious from the released trailer that a 48-megapixel quad rear camera setup and a big battery backup will be available in Redmi 9 Power. Teaser photos released by Xiaomi on the microsite indicate that the phone will get fast charging, a powerful processor, and a big display.

Redmi 9 Power works on MIUI 12 based Android 10. It has a 6.53-inch Full HD + display, which has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, 4GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage
In this new smartphone of Redmi, four cameras have been given in the rear. These include an 8 megapixel one with a 48-megapixel primary camera and two other sensors of 2 megapixels. For selfie and video calling, an 8-megapixel camera has been provided in the front of the phone.

This has been launched in two variants. The variant of 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage of the phone is priced at Rs 10,999. Simultaneously, the model with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is priced at Rs 11,999. The phone has come in Mighty Black, Fairy Red, Electric Green, Blazing Blue Color Options. Redmi 9 Power can be purchased from Amazon, Mi.com, and offline stores. Its first cell will start on December 22 at 12 noon.
