What is the format for the BGMI India Series 2021?

1. IN-GAME QUALIFIER ROUND: 2–8 August: 1024 Teams
Players who have registered for BGMI Series 2021 will be required to play 15 matches with their assigned team members within the specified time frame. The top ten out of fifteen matches will be evaluated and scored accordingly. In the event of a tie, specific factors such as finishes, survival time, accuracy, and so on will be taken into account. The top ten thousand teams will advance to the next round. Registered squads can begin playing 15 games at 00: 00:01 hours on August 2nd and must finish by 23:59:59 on August 8th.
NOTE: Only the first 15 matches with registered team members will be considered genuine.
2. ONLINE QUALIFIERS ROUND: 17 Aug – 12 Sept: 64 Teams
- 1st round
The top 1024 teams from the Online Qualifiers will be allocated into one of 64 groups. On the listed dates, each group will play two matches. The top eight (8) teams in each group will advance to Round 2 of the online qualifiers.
- 2nd Round
The top 512 teams from Round 1 of the Online Qualifiers will be seeded into 32 teams. On the listed dates, each group will play two matches. The top seven (7) teams from each group will advance to Round 3 of the online qualifiers.
- 3rd round
The top 224 teams from Round 3 of the Online Qualifiers, as well as 32 invited teams, will be seeded into 16 groups. Each group will play two matches on the indicated dates, with the top four teams advancing for the Quarter Finals.
3. QUARTERFINAL ROUND: 16 Sept – 26 Sept: 24 Teams

5. GRAND FINAL ROUND: 7 Oct – 10 Oct
The top 16 teams from the Semi-Finals will compete in 20 matches over the course of four days. The champion of the BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES 2021 will be the team with the greatest cumulative score after 20 matches.
